Graduated with BS-MS degrees from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSTA – France (2003, 2004), PhD from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor – US (2009) and MBA from the University of Liverpool – UK (2018), Xuan has 14 years of expertise in the energy and automobile sectors and extensive team and stakeholder management experiences with proven success of business development.
He is currently project manager at EDF (Electricity of France) in charge of safety-related studies for a new £20-billion nuclear power plant (Hinckley Point C) in the UK. Xuan’s current interest is to develop computational advanced mechanical modeling software to enhance the structural integrity and durability of components and structures and is to couple advanced data analytics with mechanical modeling to solve for challenging technical problems. Also, he is providing consulting services in the energy, transport and education sectors. Lastly, Xuan served as Board member of AVSE in 2013-2014 and as president-founder of Dong Hanh scholarship association in 2001-2004.
