Bao Ha Pham is a Director and Associated General Counsel at Deutsche Bank AG, London. She currently heads up the Strategic Equities Transaction Group in Legal (Global Markets). Bao Ha is specialised in cross-border lending, IPO, M&A, derivative, and capital market transactions linking to equity assets. Her key markets are Western Europe, Middle East and Eastern Europe.
Bao Ha was born in Hanoi and brought up in Vietnam. She attended Le Qui Don Grammar School in Nha Trang and completed her first law degree from the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City in 1995. She subsequently read law at Oxford University and was trained with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London. Bao Ha is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales.
Bao Ha sits on the Corporate Responsibilities Council of Deutsche Bank and is a keen supporter of several charities, including the Marine Conservation Society, Habitat in Humanity, Cancer Research, and the Microfinance Foundation. She also sits on the Committee of the Vietnam-UK Network and currently chairs the Vietnam-UK Women in Business Group.
Bao Ha currently lives in London. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, running (both half marathons and short distances), yoga, cooking, travelling, arts, ballets and theatres. Bao Ha is also a member of the Oxford Union, the debate society of Oxford University.
