Dr. Lê Huy Bình received his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam (2009), a M. Sc. degree in Nano Science and Technology from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea (2011) and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from McGill University, Canada (2016). He worked as an Assistant Researcher on Multimedia Transmission over Multihop Ad-hoc network in Hanoi University of Science and Technology (2007-2009) and as a Visiting Researcher on InP Nano-particles Growth in Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials, South Korea (2009).
Dr. Lê Huy Bình is currently working as a Scientist and Director of Solid State Fabrication at Two-Photon Research Canada Inc. in Montreal, Canada. His work focuses on research and application of III-V materials with design, fabrication and micro-packaging of micro-LEDs, drive electronics and multilevel substrates. He has published 19 journal papers, 19 conference proceeding papers and received honor awards including: Award for Young Researchers by Hanoi University of Science and Technology; Master and PhD fellowships; Best Paper Awards in Semi–annual Green Fibre meeting (Vancouver), 18th International Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (Arizona), The 32nd North American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (New York).
