Hamilton Mann is a digital transformation and marketing leader at Thales, driving initiatives for enhanced customer engagement, integrated campaigns, and Sales & Marketing effectiveness.
His notable achievements include establishing Thales Digital Seller, a groundbreaking "Contentflix" platform, transforming sales and marketing enablement. Under his leadership, Thales fostered collaboration, breaking internal silos, featured on MIT Blog and IMD Business School case study. Hamilton initiated the Thales BIG program, empowering 10,000+ staff on a transformative digital journey, incubating new business models.
A thought leader, he published articles in Knowledge@Wharton, Harvard Business Review France, and more, covering Digital Transformation, AI, Sustainability, and Innovation. As a Senior Lecturer at INSEAD, HEC Paris, and EDHEC, he contributes to education and drives digital advancement for positive societal change at MIT Priscilla King Gray (PKG) Center and MIT Platform Strategy Summit.
