Bao Ha is a Director and Associate General Counsel, Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank London. She is specialized in cross-border finance, aviation, sovereign lending, infrastructure and M&A. She is one of the leading experts in strategic equity and currently heads up Deutsche Bank’s Strategic Equity legal team in EMEA.
Also serving as Vice Chair of the Vietnam-UK Network, Bao Ha is passionate about furthering the ties between Vietnam and the UK and has pioneered a number of initiatives to promote Vietnam to the UK public, including the Women in Business’ forum in 2019 and the Charity Gala Classical Concert for Vietnam in 2023. She is also heavily involved in furthering training, research and collaboration initiatives in the healthcare sector between the UK and Vietnam in recent years. As part of her priorities, Bao Ha is keenly focused on philanthropy work, supporting and promoting a number of charities working in Vietnam over the years.
Bao Ha read law at the University of Oxford having completed her first law degree in Vietnam. She grew up through the grammar-school systems in Vietnam and is a strong believer in the capability of the Vietnam’s education system, its ethos and teaching talents.
