Since 2011, Antoine Cao has worked in the Prime Minister's office (France) at the Interministerial Digital Directorate (DINUM).
He has over 40 years of professional experience in information and communication systems, including 11 years at the Ministry of the Budget, Public Accounts and Civil Service (France).
He graduated from the University of Paris Saclay with a doctorate in electronics, information processing, and automation (1981).
According to the President of France's decree dated 29 December 2023, he was awarded the Legion of Honor, Knight rank.
